ImAnno Search Tools
Several searches can be done
- search by the GeneName. You get the corresponding AnnotAct
- search in freetext and select comments
- search AnnotActs
- see the clusters of similar AnnoValues
- search for the Genes or AnnotActs corresponding to specific combinations of annotation tissues
REST IS OBSOLETE
- First, Check some checkboxes to define your sieve
- Then click on Search to display the result in the same window, or click on Test to display the result in an other window
- Click on Save to save your sieve in order to do the same Annotact Search in the future
- Click on See all sieves to view all stored sieves
