The Radar Generator allows the automatic creation of many images corresponding to the analysis of transcriptomics data.
- Go to http://lbgi.fr/genoret/phpRR/RadarGenerator.php
- Select the Experiment-Chip-AnalysisSotware
- Cut and paste your favorite gene list
- Press the submit button
You'll get series images corresponding to the analysis of your genes.
