Genoret Upload Form

During the Upload Procedure of Datafiles, after clicking on an Upload button you get the Genoret Upload Form with your name and email.

Then :

1. Select a Visibility Group
2. Browse for your file an your own computer
3. Give a Title for your uploaded datafile
4. Enter a Description for your uploaded datafile
5. Press the green Upload button
