The Radar Generator allows the automatic creation of many images corresponding to the analysis of transcriptomics data.

  1. Go to http://www-genoret.u-strasbg.fr/genoret/Transcriptomics/RadarGenerator
  2. Select the Experiment-Chip-AnalysisSotware
  3. Cut and paste your favorite gene list
  4. Press the submit button

You'll get series images corresponding to the analysis of your genes.
