With the DoOnList html page you can do something on a list of data

Typically a list of genes, a list of clusters, etc.

Depending on the context in which you get this list a set of analysis tools are available through buttons.

• Select the lines you want to use and press a button.

If you want to remove some columns, you have to click on HtmlTable to get the same info in a HtmlTable

ImAnnoPattern

• Select a list of genes and press the ImAnnoPattern
• I have to know in which cadre and organ you are. So enter in the AddTag for example cadre=3 organ=3 (for the ear)
• You'll obtain an HtmlTable with the gene column and the tissues columns colored according to the expression level.
• You can order if you selet a column and press A-Z or Z-A.
• Then you get a new HtmlTable

• If you want a stamp (small png image with the colors only) instead of an HtmlTable add the tag stap=yes and press the ImAnnoPattern button
• Notice that it's a good thing first to use the HtmlTable to order the lines and then tl get the stamp.
