Be aware that whatever the method used to define clusters, the later will be calculated using the sequences present in the Ordalie main window.
Use the Secator program to create cluster. The number of cluster is equal to 3. This option is suited to perform a residue conservation analysis using the "Threshold" method.
Same as above but use the DPC program instead.
Create Clusters using the Secator program.
Create Clusters using the DPC program
Allow the user to precise the desired number of clusters. The bottom frame of the main window will change. The user can then enter the number of clusters desired in the entry box. The clusters will be created using the DPC program after clicking on the OK button.
Clusters sequences according to their phylum. Phyla recognized by Ordalie are Eukaryota, Archaebacteriae, Bacteriae, Viruses, and Unknown. If there is no phylum data attached to the sequences, this information can be retrieved using the "Seuence -> Retrieve Seq. info" menu.
Display sequences using the clusters as defined in the Macsims file.
Remove all clusters.
