ORDALIE is aimed to investigate the informational content of a protein multiple sequence alignment. It provides clustering, conservation calculation, features mapping facilities along with hel helpers tools like 3D viewer, tree building, alignment editor, etc... that can be combined to decipher functional, evolution, strcutural features of the alignment.
ORDALIE is an open-source program and can be used freely. But we would be grateful if you could quote this rticle in your publication.

Download and Installation
Installation
- Windows
Execute the setup-ordalie.exe file. By default, ORDALIE will be installed in the "Program Files" directory, and will create an icon on the desktop. Default parameters can be change through the installer interface.
- Linux
Uncompress and untar the setup-ordalie-linux.tgz file:
% tar -xzf setup-ordalie-setup.tgz
Go into the "setup-ordalie-linux" directory just created and execute the "install.tcl" script. By default, ORDALIE will be install in the
/usr/local directory.
Be sure to have privilzges before installing. Alternatively, you can install ORDALIE in the user HOME directory, or in any specified directory.
MacOS
Double click the setup-ordalie.pkg file. The program will be installed in the "Application" directory.
Documentation
The ORDALIE documentation is included in thedistribution. However, you can download here the documentation in different format, or consult it on-line.
