Common to all ImAnno Projects. Explanation and Tutorials ;-) !!

To visit an ImAnno Project click on the corresponding image, (and click again to close it).
In each project You'll find a toolbar ... and several subsections (click to open, and again to close)
- The toolbars allows to search for genes, search for expression patterns with combinatorial filters (called Sieves)
  - ImAnnoHome comes back to this page
  - PipeWork runs a sophisticated interactive tools to combine list of genes from Sieves, Tissues, stored lists ...
  - Manage Tissues allows to edit and add tissues (restricted access)
  - New Annotation Enter a new gene, its related images and do annotation (restricted access)
  - Save Annotations Get a .csv file
  - All Annotated Genes Get the whole list in the DoOnList toolbox
  - All Patterns Get all the expression patterns on colored thumbnails with associated genes
  - Search With Sieves combines tissue expression to get the corersponding gene list
  - Search Genes Enter a gene name or a part of it (you can use the % wildcar) and get a list
- The Search Tools section offers more powerfull search possibilities (in Freetext and Select Comments, Blast Search with nucleic or proteic sequence, textual search, ...)
- The Image section of Ear allows to dispay the ISH images according to genes, tissues, templates, magnification, slides, etc.
- The Gene expression, gene lists Correlations, StringInteractome, Clustering section gives access to various lists and analysis results
- The KUROV section gives access to the gene lists and tables concerning the tissues Kollinger, Utricule, Retina, Olfactory and Vibrissae.
- The Phylogney section presents some results about clustering and phylogenic analysis.
- The Other Database section provides links to external Databases and some correlation studies bertween ImAnno and Transcriptomic data.
