Comment le lancer?
R sur Serveur
La version version 2.10.0 du logiciel R (pour calculer des statistiques) est installé pour star 3-8 et starv1-4 ainsi que Alnitak (WR nov 09).
Pour lancer R sur les serveurs taper "R" , pour quitter R tappez : q() .
D'ailleurs la version 2.7.2 peut être démarré avec : /linux/local/lib64/R-2.7.2/bin/R
Et la version 2.9.1 peut être démarré avec : /linux/local/lib64/R-2.9.1/bin/R
Sinon, R est disponible en version 2.6.2 sur Kilida et Alnitak En tapant: /usr/bin/R
R pour Windows
On trouve la version la plus récente sur http://www.r-project.org/
Librairies
L’installation sur nos serveurs (star) est accompagnée d’une collection de >150 librairies/modules/packages provenant des collections comme "BioConductor" et "CRAN" (et autres).
Si vous avez besoin d'un module pas encore installé veuillez vous adresser à Wolfgang.
CRAN et Biocoductor sont des collections principales pour des librairies en R.
Bioconductor est spécialisé sur des thématiques liées à la biologie, notamment la transcriptomique, séquencage à haut débit et le CGH.
Sur notre serveur il y a aussi d'autres libraries installées, notamment mixdist et farms

- Flush propose des methodes pour filtrer des données transcriptomiques (type Affymetrix)
