External Databases

From Wiki

An External Database can be any kind of database which is not part of the SQL Relational Database of Genoret.

Actually we have access to

• the transcriptomic database RetinoBase created by Ravikiran Reddy. See the wiki page RetinoBase
• the genes database GenoretGenes created by Laetitia Poidevin. See the Wiki page GenoretGenes
• the Gscope project RetGene concerning Leber Congenital Amorosis gene mutations.
• the Genoret Proteomics web page centralising proteomics data

some external databases are already connectd through Websphere

• The Phenotyping Database in Tuebingen
• The patient database at CIC des Quinze Vingts in Paris
