External Databases

An External Database can be any kind of database which is not part of the SQL Relational Database of Genoret.

Actually you can have access to 

 the transcriptomic database RetinoBase created by Ravikiran Reddy. See the wiki page RetinoBase
 the genes database GenoretGenes created by Laetitia Poidevin. See the Wiki page GenoretGenes
 the Gscope project RetGene concerning Leber Congenital Amorosis gene mutations.
