All files are in tab-separated value (TSV) format and contain 6 fields:

CHROM : chromosome
POS : position
REF : reference nucleotide
ALT : alternate nucleotide
MISTIC_score : MISTIC score
MISTIC_hspred : MISTIC "high sensitivity" prediction for exome analysis
MISTIC_pred : MISTIC prediction for global performance
